The Lenovo Workstation rack mount lineup covers fixed and sliding configurations across 1U, 3U, 4U, and 5U rack heights. Fixed kits hold the Workstation in a rigid enclosure with no moving parts, keeping the build tight and the footprint small. Sliding kits allow front access to the unit without disturbing the rest of the rack, which is useful in data center and server room deployments where uptime matters.
Compact form factor models like the ThinkStation Tiny and Ultra have dedicated kits designed around their smaller chassis. The 1U Tiny kit fits the standard depth, while the short-depth 1U variant works in shallow racks where clearance is limited. The 2U Ultra kit holds two ThinkStation Ultra units in a single enclosure.
